Domestic claims for non-receipt of issues should be made within 90 days of the mail date. Foreign claims should be made within 180 days. Thereafter, the regular back issue rate will be charged for replacement. To claim non-receipt of issues online, fill out the form above and select "Customer Service-Orders and Claims" as the subject. Be sure to include your mailing address and the volume and issue number of the issue you did not receive.
You may submit a claim for an issue thirty (30) days after the date of publication. Note that the date of publication is not the first day of the month in which the journal is scheduled to be published. Rather, it is the day on which the journal is mailed from the printer.
